How To Purchase A Firearm Online
All items with the exception of firearms can be delivered right to your door. Anyone who is legally allowed to own an item is allowed to buy or sell it here. The following information is not intended to be a complete guide to all applicable laws. It is your responsibility to be in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws when using this site.
Q: What does "legally allowed" mean?
A: You must be an adult who is able to enter into a contract. Anyone desiring to purchase a firearm must be able to pass a background check ( Click here for the ATF web site for more information ). There are age limits on the sale of certain items. Certain types of items are illegal in certain places - for example 'assault weapons' cannot be sold in California and certain types of ammunition are illegal in certain states and cities. The NRA also has put together a terrific NRA guide to state-by-state gun laws. Again, it is your responsibility to make sure that you comply with the laws of your country, city, and state. We do not tolerate attempted illegal activity here!
BUYING IN NEVADA
You do not have to be a licensed dealer to buy a firearm. If you are not a licensed dealer (also called a FFL Holder), you must make arrangements with a FFL holder in your state to receive the item and transfer it to you.
Tactical Armory will act as your agent in Nevada and perform the transfer for Nevada residents for $30 + background fees (Free for Buyers' Club Members, state background fees still apply if required. A Nevada CCW exempts this check.
If you are not a Nevada resident you must make arrangements with your FFL holder before buying a firearm.
Tactical Armory has a compiled a list of FFL holders who are willing to manage the legal transfer of firearms to unlicensed persons in all states. Please contact us to locate a partner in your area.
If you have any questions or doubts about whether an item can be shipped to you, please contact us.
You may privately contact the FFL holder of your choice and have them provide us with a FFL. Upon receipt we can send the fiream to them to complete the transfer process. Expect to pay this receiving dealer a small transfer fee (typically from $15-30 dollars) plus any applicaple state fees.
Have your FFL holder send a signed copy of their license to us. They must send a signed copy of their license to the address listed below. Faxed Copies Are Also Now Acceptable ~ Please Include The FFL Dealer's Phone Number On The License. Simply send the FFL to us via fax, Tactical Armory # 702-897-1040. The fax must be legible, and the customer's full name, contact info and weapon information must be printed on the FFL or cover letter.

Once we receive the FFL & payment the item will be shipped to the FFL dealer. Your item will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS depending on when we receive the FFL and the type of item that you have purchased.
Your local FFL dealer will perform your background check and transfer the firearm to you. Your FFL holder will be responsible for performing your background check and adhering to any other state or local laws affiliated with firearms transactions. If unsure about regulations in your state, please consult your local FFL dealer. Example: some states only allow 1 handgun to be purchased in a 30-day period; and some firearms are not legal in some states. Firearms will not be shipped to any location where they are restricted.

***** NOTE: We have already worked with hundreds of FFL dealers in every state, and in many cases we will already have a FFL on file of a business in your area who is willing to transfer a firearm for you. In this case it will simply mean that you will have to contact the FFL dealer we have on file, and if they say it is OK to transfer the firearm ~ it will ship out immediately. In most of those circumstances, the copy of the FFL will not be required to be mailed to us and you can purchase a firearm and have it en route to the FFL holder immediately.
